How do I book a service?
Pick a service from the home page, choose a time and address, and confirm. You'll see the price before you book.
How do payments work?
You pay securely by card or prepaid wallet. Cards are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel from your order page. More than 24 hours ahead is a full refund; within 24 hours a portion may be retained. Pro no-show is fully refunded.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account → Delete account and confirm, or email privacy@nearhelper.com.
Where does NearHelper operate?
